Tessa Blanchard is working in the family business, pro wrestling – and bringing fear throughout the Knockouts Division.
She is the granddaughter of wrestler Joe Blanchard, the daughter of Tully Blanchard and the stepdaughter of Magnum TA.
Blanchard will discuss her arrival in the Knockouts Division on Thursday, May 31, as the special guest on the IMPACT Wrestling Media Teleconference, starting at 2pm ET.
Also on the Teleconference, there will be further updates on the Slammiversary Press Conference & Public Q&A, scheduled for Monday, June 4, starting at 10 a.m. ET, at Real Sports Bar & Grill in downtown Toronto.
Blanchard has been wrestling since 2014 and has quickly built a solid reputation around the world, including Lucha Underground. She made her IMPACT debut at the Redemption pay-per-view on April 22, when she joined the commentary during a match between Kiera Hogan and Taya Valkyrie. She has since made her in-ring debut, with a win over Kiera Hogan. After the match, Blanchard assaulted Hogan until Madison Rayne made the save – and a battle against Rayne is now set for Thursday night on Impact!
IMPACT Wrestling is officially on the Road to Slammiversary, which will be held July 22 in Toronto and air live on pay-per-view. Blanchard is set to smack Slamm16!
